Keith upson
Owner Operator
Director, Engineer, Design engineer, project manager
Keith completed his apprenticeship with Trinder Engineering in 1998. Since then Keith has worked in various industries; forestry, sawmilling, grain farms and truck driving before settling down and setting up a workshop so he could work from home and be his own boss.
His vast experience in these different areas means he has a wealth of knowledge on how these operations work, which he brings to Upson Engineering.
Keith has an exceptional ability to solve problems, he can look at a machine and work out a way for it to work more efficiently and safely.
Tracy rigby
Owner Operator
General Manager, Engineers assistant
Tracy left school to attend NMIT and studied business administration, with an interest in both accounting and IT, after which she landed a job as an Accounting Software Consultant, for 13 years.
This has in turn benefited the company, as she brings her skills in the management of the accounts and office administration. In addition, Tracy has implemented a specialised Job Management software for the team to use.
Thankfully she has a strong interest in engineering and is happy to get the overalls on and get her hands dirty.
